Vacation rentals in Newman

things were generally very good. but some of the areas weren't the cleanest. additionally some things weren't ready for our arrival. for example the gas for the patio fireplace and bbq were essentially empty. I had to buy propane for the bbq which cost me approximately $35 and the time to do it as we discovered it when we went to use the grill. Lastly, a couple house rules are a bit too restrictive. There's a rule that the hot tub, which is very small and only fits 2 adults if you're lucky, can only be set to 102 degrees. The issues is at that temperature it drops to a tepid tub very quickly because it so small. 104 degrees would be nice. The second rule is no smoking with 25ft of the house. given the smaller yards, (front and back), you basically have to stand out on the sidewalk or street. It would be more equitable if there was a designated space in the backyard that could accommodate such an activity given the cost oer night. Otherwise things went well. thanks rob

Great place to stay! Worked out perfectly for my family & extended family. Wish I would’ve read all the amenities included, they have pack n play & high chair included. Which is awesome, we lugged ours when we didn’t have to!

Cozy Condo was right on point! We felt very comfortable staying here and would love to stay here again on our journey back to Modesto! Emily was very responsive anytime I had a question and made us feel right at home. Thanks for letting us stay at the Cozy Condo!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Silver Bell Barn. Cindy and her family have been so welcoming and easy going it feels like home. The house is very private and quiet and the property is a joy to walk through meeting the horses and cow, friendly dogs and barn cats. Can’t wait to stay another month or two!

More than what I expected honestly. the beds were comfy, the house itself was spacious with a cute little patio in the back with a fire pit for the chilly evening. Highly recommend and if I'm ever in Turlock again, I would definitely come here again!

I loved staying at this place. It was really nice, and peaceful. It has a lot of space. Really comfortable and a lot to do. It’s close to the stores, and the mall. I loved it. I recommend it. It’s exactly like the pictures!.

This is a phenomenal place to stay at! Really peaceful and secluded, perfect for just unwinding. They have the best pillows for a restful sleep! Host is very responsive and easy to approach! 🩵

Beautiful location, close to the lake. Had all of the amenities we need for 2 families and the beds were comfy.
